What a partition build includes
We work from the tenant improvement drawings or survey the space directly, then supply the track, channel, glass and door hardware. Panels are tempered, typically 3/8" or 1/2", with polished edges. Door options include swing, sliding barn-style and full-height pivot, with locks, pulls and closers to match the building standard.

How much privacy do glass partitions give?
Visually, as much as you want — frosted film, etched bands, printed graphics and switchable privacy glass are all options. Acoustically, full-height glass with proper seals performs comparably to a standard drywall partition.
Can partitions be installed after hours?
Yes. For occupied buildings we regularly schedule installation in the evening or on weekends to avoid disrupting your team.
Do partitions require ceiling or floor modifications?
Usually only a track at the head and a shoe or channel at the floor. We coordinate with your contractor when ceiling grid or sprinkler adjustments are involved.
What door hardware is available?
Swing doors on patch fittings or hinges, sliding barn-style hardware, and pivot doors, with locks, pulls and closers in matching finishes.
